Rafael Schuck, CPA CGMA – Managing Partner is a graduate of Bentley University and Florida International University and a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He started his career with the “Big 4 – CPA” firms of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout his career he has worked for private organizations in various capacities including CFO. His experience in private and public accounting allows him to understand businesses of all sizes.
Leonor Schuck, CPA – Partner is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and a Certified Public Accountant since 1982. She started her career with Ernst & Young where she served in a variety of capacities, ranging from staff accountant to Senior Manager. She has served as CFO of several companies in South Florida. Working closely with business owners, she understands their day-to-day challenges.
Katherine Fetzer – Office/Project Manager joined the firm in 2023. She has her MBA in Business Management from Barry University. Katherine has been a dedicated, results-driven, and hands-on project manager for the past eight years with an outstanding record of flawless project execution and problem-solving. Her impeccable communication, organizational, and analytical skills make her well-equipped to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
Roberto Tomas – Staff Accountant joined the firm in 2021.
Cristina Lopez – Bookkeeper joined the firm in 2020. She has an Associate’s in Accounting from Florida National University and is certified in QuickBooks. She has been a bookkeeper for the past seven years with a great record for her detailed calculations. She has managed various portfolios from real estate and construction to law and insurance. Her attention to detail and care for the clients makes her a fantastic asset to the team.
