We organize your financial data into a financial statement format and apply analytical procedures to identify trends of unusual items requiring additional explanation. Compiled or reviewed, our financial statements may be submitted to creditors.

Domestic Taxation

We prepare tax returns and all related documents throughout the year, assist
you in complying with tax laws, advise you on tax consequences of investment
decisions and represent you before governmental agencies such as the
Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Revenue. We keep abreast of
the continually changing tax laws and anticipate its effects on you by
recommending tax savings strategies throughout the year.

Insurance Services

Do you have enough life or disability insurance? Do you have too much life or disability insurance? When was the last time you had an independent analysis of your insurance needs? We can review your current policies to determine the cost effectiveness and necessity of them in today's insurance market. We provide our clients abroad insurance portfolio of life, long-term care and disability insurance products from over 40 preferred carriers.

We have the experience in rendering services to the legal community with experience as an authorized provider for the Resolution Trust Company (RTC) and the Florida Department of Insurance. We are compensated only by annual fees based on the value of the assets under management.
